Suma Blessings Foundation proudly launched Silai Se Samriddhi, a stitching and embroidery training centre for underprivileged women, in Nangli Baprola village, Najafgarh, South West Delhi. The launch marks a significant milestone in the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to promote women empowerment through skill development and livelihood creation.
The inauguration event was attended by community members, women beneficiaries, and representatives from Suma Blessings Foundation, reflecting strong local participation and enthusiasm. The centre has been established to provide women from economically marginalized backgrounds with practical, employable skills that support self-reliance and income generation.
Silai Se Samriddhi offers structured training in stitching, tailoring, and embroidery, enabling women to explore self-employment, home-based work, and small-scale entrepreneurship. The programme focuses not only on technical skills but also on confidence building, dignity of labour, and long-term economic independence.
By creating a safe and supportive learning environment within the community, the initiative aims to reduce barriers faced by women in accessing skill-based education and livelihood opportunities. The centre plays a vital role in strengthening household incomes and encouraging women’s active participation in local economic activities.
This initiative is aligned with Suma Blessings Foundation’s broader mission to foster inclusive growth and empower women through sustainable, community-driven development programs.
